Offers of admission from U.S. graduate schools to prospective international students increased 4% from 2007 to 2008, slowing from growth of 8% last year and 12% in 2006, a new CGS survey report has found.
The final change in total applications submitted was a 6% increase, compared to 9% in 2007.
Additionally, the use of international collaborative graduate programs - dual and joint degrees and certificates - is growing: 38% of U.S. graduate schools have at least one such program, up from 29% just one year ago.
